Kayaking in the Bay

It was a gorgeous day in San Francisco so Amy, Nicole, Sarah and I decided to get out and enjoy it with a little kayaking in the bay. After donning our skirts and vests, and getting a quick lesson from Amy on kayaking techniques, we disembarked from Sausalito and paddled around Richardson Bay. We activated our abs, saw seals sunbathing on the docks, picked out our favorite house boats and played dodgeball with big boats (if you can dodge a boat, you can dodge a ball). We grabbed lunch at Cafe Trieste and headed home for a nap.
